Actively involved in Mystery shops, merchandising sales centers, interior design, administration Evaluations, certifications, budgeting, advertising, providing market studies, Installation of promotions and incentives, evaluation of internet communications, Recruitment strategies, construction communications, onsite training, class room Training, and critical path methods related to the industry.

Experience: Sales and Marketing Management for large national builders such as Ryland Homes, KB Homes, Oakwood Homes, Palm Harbor Homes, Portrait Homes, Choice Homes and major regional homebuilders in Tampa, Orlando, Atlanta, Nashville, and Columbus, Ohio.
